Drawing from decades of leadership, operational management, and large-scale organizational oversight, Jason and Donna Ruth focus on acquiring and operating multifamily properties with strong housing demand, operational upside, and long-term ownership potential.
The firm was founded on the belief that successful real estate investing requires disciplined execution, transparent communication, and responsible capital stewardship, not rapid growth or speculative investing.

Jason Ruth brings nearly three decades of leadership experience across acquisition management, operational oversight, and large-scale program execution within military, federal, and private-sector environments.
Throughout his career, he has managed complex operations and strategic initiatives where disciplined planning, accountability, and risk management were critical to execution.
At Cardinal Ridge Capital, Jason focuses on strategic asset selection, long-term portfolio planning, and operational execution centered on workforce housing across Virginia.
Jason holds an MBA from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Applied Science and Technology from Thomas Edison State University.
DONNA J. RUTH
Co-Founder & Director Of Operations & Investor Relations
Donna Ruth brings extensive experience in operational management, financial oversight, compliance, and organizational improvement developed through leadership roles across military and federal environments.
Her background includes audit readiness, risk mitigation, process improvement, and operational accountability initiatives focused on long-term organizational performance.
At Cardinal Ridge Capital, Donna oversees investor relations, operational systems, and portfolio support functions with an emphasis on transparency, communication, and disciplined execution.
Donna holds a Master of Science in Accounting from American Military University and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Arizona Global Campus.
